Before founding Mayla, Nedjib honed his craft for two decades in the greatest Parisian houses — addresses where excellence is not a selling point, but a daily given.

From the kitchens of Le Bristol to the receptions of Potel et Chabot, by way of collaborations in Bangkok, Marrakech and Barcelona, he developed a vision of event catering that crosses borders: flawless technique, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to every culture and every client requirement.

Our production laboratory is located in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine — 20 minutes from Paris. A 300m² space entirely dedicated to preparing your events, designed and equipped to European food-safety standards.

Latest-generation professional equipment, cold rooms, a dedicated pastry area, and production capacity for large-scale events. Every detail is designed to guarantee the same quality — whether for 50 or 1,000 guests.
